We are seeking a Site Quality Representative to oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications. This role involves working closely with subcontractors and project management teams to maintain high levels of quality assurance throughout the process. The representative will perform inspections, document findings, and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards.Quality Control: Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and techniques; ensure methods adhere to industry standards and codes.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities; report issues and corrective actions.Collaboration: Work with customers, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on quality and timelines.Material Verification: Inspect materials for compliance with specifications and codes; maintain a material inspection log.Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve non-conformance issues promptly; suggest improvements to prevent future issues.Testing & Audits: Conduct material testing and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance/control or field inspection roles.Familiarity with quality control testing equipment and industry standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.Excellent communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various weather conditions and construction environments.Ability to walk, stand, and navigate construction sites for extended periods.Availability for nighttime hours, late shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.Preferred Skills:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
