As an Overnight Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting thorough nursing assessments, coordinating care with treatment teams, and monitoring the health status of clients. Your role will involve creating action plans tailored to each client's needs and providing essential health education. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with service line requirements, utilizing a high level of clinical competence.
• Evaluate clients' physical conditions and determine the need for services.
• Complete required screenings and record initial medical histories and vital signs, coordinating action planning based on results.
• Monitor clients' health status during services provided and work with the treatment team to coordinate care.
• Create individualized action plans addressing both physical and mental health treatment needs.
• Oversee infectious disease control and client hygiene under nursing leadership supervision.
• Provide health education focused on disease prevention and risk reduction.
• Arrange medical appointments and manage medical emergencies for clients.
• Consult with physicians or advanced practice providers as necessary.
• Review and educate clients on medication requirements, ensuring compliance with state regulatory standards.
• Monitor lab levels and coordinate medication needs with pharmacies and clients.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner as per company policies.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record and abuse/neglect checks.

Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
