We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to join our Wayfinder Waikiki Hotel team as an Overnight Security Officer. This role is primarily responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. There is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as a bell/valet team member if full-time employment is sought. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to grow and learn at a world-class property.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce safety policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Conduct preventive patrols and maintain a visible security presence to reduce risk and ensure a safe environment.
Respond to emergencies, provide assistance to individuals in danger or in need of medical attention, and follow established emergency procedures.
Promote a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
Complete daily activity, incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information.
Maintain compliance with hotel policies and all relevant regulations.
Assist with other duties assigned, including bell/valet responsibilities such as greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and valet parking.

Strong communication and guest service skills.
Must have a Guard Card
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in security and/or hospitality is preferred.
