Job Description

Join our dedicated team as Seasonal Part Time Overnight Valet Attendant and provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience to our valued guests.  If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!

Position needed until March 15th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotelAssist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in/check-out processPark and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet areaProvide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experienceAssist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectationsCollaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest serviceMaintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guestsAdhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience prefferedMust hold valid authorization to work in the USAClean driving record requiredAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
