Own Retail Working Student PL
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Providing high level administrative support to Retail Stores in Poland regarding PO creation, invoices payment, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Placing all orders in ARIBA and Track in Cost Control tool.
• Preparing the deck for the weekly East Trading Call
• Proactive communication and budget setting for all suppliers and vendors.
• Close collaboration with finance department to ensure invoicing procedures.
• Pre-set annual report in ARIBA.
• Supporting Retail & Franchise director with booking travels, flight tickets, hotel, doing the expense reports after
• Supporting R&F Director with organisation of regional meetings if necessary
• Supporting with presentations and slide creation Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
• Structural thinking and eye for the details
• Pro-activity
• Planning ability, problem solving skills
• Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• ARIBA and Workflow knowledge
