Owned Channels Marketing Strategy – Senior Associate

Home Lending is seeking a highly effective digital marketing expert to help support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Home Lending experience on chase.com public pages and the secure entry points for all customer personas in a mobile-first approach to better educate, align with customer goals, and onboard into Home Lending product(s). This role will be particularly focused on supporting the ongoing testing and optimization of landing pages and the overall learning agenda on the public and secure sides of chase.com. We are focused on building from a strong strategic base and evolving to constantly maximize value over time.

As an Owned Channels Marketing Strategy Senior Associate within Home Lending, you will support all aspects of Home Lending’s strategy on chase.com (public & secure), including the ongoing testing and optimization of landing pages, the end-to-end customer journey, and the overall learning agenda. You are a data-driven digital marketer who possesses strong executional skills with a passion for innovating owned digital marketing journeys to cultivate a solution from inception through implementation while working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective results against business targets.

Job responsibilities:

Facilitate the delivery of the Home Lending public and secure digital roadmaps, including but not limited to public landing page optimization, secure digital ad placements, and entry points directing to the Chase Home Lending product ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders across the firm with a focus on improving the Home Lending customer experience and reducing costs. Navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments to plan and execute both public and secure strategic digital experimentations and initiatives. Own and proactively identify opportunities, fostering resolutions end-to-end. Manage projects effectively through all internal processes for approval. Contribute to the understanding of performance, test results, and profitability; utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize public and secure digital channel performance. Champion consistent and seamless user experiences across public and secure digital assets. Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to understand end-to-end digital performance – across traffic, engagement, and account/customer quality metrics.

Data-driven and analytical, while also being a creative problem-solver. Focused on how marketing fosters quantifiable business results. Vigorous and thorough in their management of details; proven ability to take initiative. Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines. Comfortable with continuously changing priorities. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 5+ years of marketing experience Limited travel.

Financial services industry experience. Digital Marketing.
