Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide guidance to all Owner Operators regarding their lease and contracts.

Proactively engage and advise all end of lease transactions with current lease customers.Determine final charges needed and enter settlements for all defaulted IEL contracts prior to Performance Escrow Release.Prepare all documentation including contracts, lease agreements, refinancing and rental agreements for all Owner Operators.Identify opportunities to improve lease initiation/renewal processes.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

2+ years in driver support or related customer service field required.Previous experience with basic lease and amortization transactions required.Bi-lingual preferred.Associates in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must possess exceptional communication skills.Must possess strong financial acumen.Must be able to adapt to change exceptionally well and be an excellent team-player.
