Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Oversee the Owner Operator Service Center and lead efforts to ensure Owner Operators have received appropriate training. Responsible for the overall administrative function within the Owner Operator Department.

Oversee a team of Owner Operator professionals; conduct annual performance reviews, coach members in areas of improvement and develop performance improvement plans, provide support and guidance in individual motivation for overall productivity and encourage professional development opportunities.Ensure Owner Operator administrative support activities and practices are carried out accordingly and remain in compliance with Company and local, state and federal regulations.Research and implement best practice strategies in order to maximize efficiency.Review and complete audit reports to ensure compliance and/or financials are balanced.Review all department KPI's related to the financial health of the O/O fleet.Review each Owner Operator contract termination in order to determine what appropriate action(s) provides optimal solutions.Review change requests made against current contract agreements and determine need for further actions taken and final result.Oversee the development of Owner Operator training and ensure process in place to ensure each O/O has received appropriate training and know best approaches to building their business success.Ensure adequate coverage of in-coming department phone calls, e-mails, faxes and walk-in customers and that Owner Operator concerns are addressed by department personnel in a timely manner.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

Two (2) years experience in leadership role or position with supervisory experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.Must be able to lead, manage and motivate others.Must possess strong collaboration skills.Must be proficient with MS Office tools.
