Oxbox Key Accounts Manager

The Key Account Manager - New Business Development will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with large accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and account management, particularly with high-value clients. Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** . **Where is the work:** **Remote in geography:** This position has been designated as r **emote and work will be performed** **anywhere in the US (preferably near a major airport).** **What you will do:** + Identify and target potential large accounts that align with the company's strategic goals. + Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new business from large accounts. + Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. + Present and demonstrate the value of Oxbox HVAC Residential Equipment to prospective clients. + Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets. + Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. + Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. + Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably with large accounts. + Proven track record of successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals. + Strong understanding of the Residential HVAC industry and the ability to quickly learn about Oxbox HVAC Residential Equipment. + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. + Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. **Compensation:** _Base Pay Range: Starts at $100,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive plan._ Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
