What You’ll Do as a People & Culture Administrator
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full onboarding process for new hires and conduct exit interviews for leavers.Reporting & Documentation: Collate and maintain various department reports and produce accurate reports for senior executives.HR System Management: Maintain and update personnel records and the HR Information System (Workday).Support & Advice: Provide support and advice on People & Culture queries, including employee relations and policy development.Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks and collaborate with the wider People & Culture team.
What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: HR Systems & Software Proficiency: Experience with HR systems like Workday and business software such as Microsoft Office.Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.Skills & Attributes: Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills, with accuracy, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking approach.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and effective customer-facing abilities.Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a busy environment and work collaboratively with others.
