About the role
The P&C Business Analyst plays a critical role in the Workforce Design & Change team - a team responsible for assessing opportunities, defining requirements, and managing business impacts of system & process improvements that are aligned to the continuous improvement program. The primary focus of this role will be partnering with the Org Design and Change team– supporting the build of new ways of working and shaping of frameworks.
The role will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders across People & Culture, and other cross functional/business stakeholders.
You’ll also:
Facilitate stakeholder sessions with the aim to define and document business requirements and elicit business decisions to push initiatives forward. Define end to end system and process solutions to meet the business requirements, ensuring that solutions have team member experience at the forefront. Document and updating new business processes. Identify business impacts with stakeholders for input into change plans. Work with business, P&C process/service owners and dedicated change resources to execute. Assist with business cutover/migration tasks. Drive and manage other continuous improvement initiatives as required.
About you and your skills
Demonstrated experience supporting cross functional business stakeholders in a large/complex organisation. Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis and generate meaningful insights. Ability to influence, engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information. Thinks laterally to resolve complex or ambiguous scenarios and use a range of tools and techniques to identify, analyse and solve problems, and make pragmatic recommendations. Take an analytical approach to interpreting data and generates meaningful insights to inform and influence decisions and drive improvement and change. Concisely and accurately documents business requirements, maps business processes, showcase information in an engaging format, and translates data analysis and complex concepts to the business in a clear and comprehensive manner.
