The Position

What shoud you do：

Talent : Work on talent strategy with business and IWS team on recruiting, developing and retaining top talent for critical commercial roles;Building high performing organization by fit for purpose performance metrics and incentive programs to drive productivity and align employee goals with commercial targets.Develop and revisit current people practice to ensure them tailored to the unique needs of commercial operations;Play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Align his/her HR strategies with the busines focus and overall P&C imperatives and make sure flawless landing in his/her respective business.

Who you are：

Strong understanding of commercial operations and market dynamics.Expertise in HR practices, such as talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with commercial leaders and drive HR initiatives .
