+ Do you enjoy performing Workday activities including (but not limited to) data imports, data analyses, data accuracy audits, supervisory organization creations, corrections, ad hoc reports, etc.?
+ Does acting as a resource and an escalation point for agents motivate you?

+ Are you skillful with technological tools such as HCM/HR Systems such as Workday or SAP (workday preferred), and all MS Office products?

**Job Duties**
As our **P&C Core Process Coordinator** , you will be responsible for supporting the business with HR processes, providing technical support and executing administrative services. You will also enable high quality and efficient service delivery from the shared service center by contributing to the development, maintenance and improvement of People & Communications Shared Services support for designated HR processes.
You will bring 3+ years’ knowledge and experience of HCM/HR Systems such as Workday or SAP (Workday preferred) to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your two years of college (minimum) or 2+ years of equivalent Experience.
Hiring requirements
+ Intermediate Excel and Word skills; proficient in all MS Office products
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers including presenting to senior leaders within the company.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills. Must possess the ability to look beyond symptoms of problems to develop root cause analysis.
+ Demonstrates ability to work with cross-functional teams collaboratively.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively service our customers, both local and global.
+ Ability to create reports and analyse data.
+ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to work independently and to conduct assignments to completion.
+ Must be fluent in English; must be able to communicate in English verbally and through written communication.
+ Spanish and/or French speaking and writing skills a plus

**Annual Base Pay Range:**
**Multiple potential locations:**
The hiring range for this role in Lisle, IL office is $75,300 – $103,510. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
**Variable Compensation**
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
