The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Operational Advisor to join our People Support Solutions (PSS) chapter. In this role, you'll partner with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues, as well as business stakeholders, to deliver exceptional operational support and proactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Advise & Support: Provide expert advice to P&C colleagues and stakeholders on complex HR requests, ensuring ownership and solution-driven approaches.Lead Projects: Lead PSS squads for seamless execution of reorganizations, transformations, acquisitions, and divestitures.Engage Stakeholders: Continuously engage with Chapter stakeholders, actively participating in P&C meetings, seeking feedback, and enhancing partner experiences.Drive Improvements: Identify cross-functional process issues and collaborate within our P&C network for effective solutions.Global Initiatives: Represent PSS globally or regionally, contributing valuable insights and training others during key initiatives or new system launches.Forecasting: Predict demand for PSS teams around key organizational events.

Skills and Competencies

Experienced HR professional with a background in matrix, global/virtual environments.Exceptional communication, consulting, and influencing abilities.Proactive with strong negotiation skills; able to handle time pressure and manage multiple priorities.Leadership capability without direct authority; emphasize end-to-end ownership.Proven expertise in project management, change management, and process improvements.Analytical mind with a customer-oriented approach.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent, HR preferred.5+ years of experience with HR processes or generalist roles.Fluent in English (Additional languages like German, French, etc., are a plus).Experience with tools like Workday, ServiceNow.Preferably with certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or Process Improvement.
