Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.You’ll make an impact by•Support employee survey activities, analyze survey results and derive insights reports for management team •Leverage BI tools to analyze custom reports, advanced reports, and matrix reports to be consumed by all levels of P&O and business line•Apply strong analytical skills to understand and communicate the meaning and implication of measures and metrics. Conduct data-driven deep dives on key topics and produce insight reports Interprets analysis results and transform them into a coherent storyline for stakeholders.•Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive analytics and AI/machine learning explorations.•Partner with P&O teams to provide advisory services, and respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests, identify key metrics to solve business problems•Manage and integrate data from various sources into a centralized data infrastructure by collaborating with stakeholders for demand collection and IT department for implementation. Oversee the implementation of future use cases and ensure ongoing data integration and outbound system connectivity
Your defining qualitiesEducation/Languages:•Bachelor or above, fluent English (can communicate with global team)Knowledge:•Relevant knowledge in People Analytics and Human Resource ManagementExperience:•3-5 years of working with People Analytics, related data expert fields, Human Resource, Strategy, Consultant•Experience in designing and developing business facing and internal reports with data visualization•Working experience in multinational company with different cultures and/or in international cross functional projects preferredCapabilities:•Good communication skill and problem resolve capability•Quick learning capability, can quick learn new tools and methodology used in analytics projects;•Strong responsibility and ownership•High working efficiency, strong multi-task ability•Good analytical skill and logicality•Be familiar of one of the analytics tool like Power BI, Qlik sense etc.
