Job Description:

The role works with Royal Canin Korea People & Organization (HR) team based in Seoul and P&O Manager will play a crucial role to work together and report to P&O Head to manage centralized P&O operation and execute P&O strategies and initiatives for RC Korea.

This is a 1-year contractor position.

What are we looking for?7-10 years of HR experience as HR generalist, HR subject matter expert (e.g. recruitment, reward, talent, etc) or business partnerProficiency in English communication (both verbal or written)Open to other industry and preferred consumer, pharmaceutical or retailWorkday experience

What will be your key responsibilities?Lead as subject matter expertise and support for P&O through E2E P&O cycle incl. TA/Rewards/L&D/AR and communication to associates and trainingLead E2E Talent Acquisition Process from job requisition, talent profiling, source & recruitment and participation on selective interviews as panel and on-boardingDesign and coordinate RC company-wide on-boarding and exit process with line managersRegular reporting and analysis including KPIs Functional champion for P&O area related to QMP in charge of P&O policy, procedure and process improvement, audit participation
