Siemens Energy India Limited is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Leader with a demonstrable track record of Business Partnering for our Grid Transmission (GT) business which has four Execution Units (EU’s) - Transformers, Switchgears, Solutions and Services and has ~1500 employees engaged in two large manufacturing locations focusing domestic and export markets, numerous project locations and service sites.

The role brings deep insights, strategic approach and an independent viewpoint and Human Resource expertise to business issues. The key responsibility would be to act as a trusted partner for the EU leadership teams. It would involve consulting and influencing senior leaders to take actions on emerging people related topics. The role will play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, approach and structure, with heavy focus on business transformation.

This role is based in Gurgaon/ Mumbai and will report directly into the CHRO of Siemens Energy India Business. The position will have a team of Human Resource Business Partners and Human Resource Advisor reporting into the role.

Drive Succession Planning and partner with leadership teams at relevant levels to help build in organizational capability (Build / Develop Proficiencies and enrich the talent pipeline). Coach and enable senior executives to be more effective leaders. Drive discussions related to workforce planning, and organization design changes and provide recommendations. Develop strategies to attract, develop and retain talents. Facilitate changes to organizational culture, design and structure by adopting Siemens Energy India initiatives. Define, drive and champion the transformation and organizational change agenda. Support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring of critical resources in the business ensure hiring important metrics are met. Work with key collaborators, locally and globally in a matrixed environment to drive the people agenda. Lead all aspects of Human Resource for manufacturing location, Project sites and offices of GT business. Champion a culture of trust, collaboration, employee safety and growth mindset.Specifically, you will Connect, collaborate with other HR Business Partners within the country as well as the expert teams to outline/build and drive programs on people topics of common interest. Partnering with the Grid Transmission business’ management to assess, analyze, plan and drive the cultural change in line with business strategy. to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline to be future ready. Facilitate to connect business with experts across the Human Resource value chain to understand the business situation/needs, evolve & develop new or leverage existing solutions (TA, C&B, IR PL, etc.)What is encouraged from you18+ years of professional experience in HR with Post-graduate in Human Resources from a reputed UniversityPrevious experience in multinational companies and organizations based on a global matrix setup and exposure to companies with large manufacturing footprint and relationships with unions.
