What you do
The P&R PMO will be in charge of supporting the AzP Head of Protection & Resilience in all the P&R pillars: Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Global Incident Management (both IT and non-IT Incident Management) and Emergency Response Management, Protective Security Management, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management.
The PMO will ensure with the Global P&R Team that the P&R program is duly implemented in all AzP locations, supporting the topics when needed, providing a global and precise status of the different activities / pilar to the Head of P&R and the top management.
The PMO will be in charge of monitoring and steering the implementation of P&R targets and priorities, of identifying the risks and escalating to the Head of P&R and of actively lead some P&R topics.
The P&R PMO will also monitor the internal and external audits where P&R is involved and the audits findings closure, together with the global P&R team.
The PMO will be in charge of the P&R budget and of the P&R FTEs management through AzP.
Key responsabilities
P&R action plan execution : provide active support on all P&R pillars and ensure the P&R raodmap is duly implemented in all AzP entities and locations. Built a robust monitoring of the P&R Program status DORA Program : ensure the DORA program implementation is finalised within AzP, providing PMO support P&R and DORA governance : assist the Head of Protection & Resilience in governance committees (prepare decks, minutes, ensure follow-ups…) and program follow-ups and reporting, identify any area of concern that need improvement in the program’s governance and advise them to the head of P&R Communication & relationship with stakeholders : ensure iterative exchanges with other safeguarding function (IT, Information Security, Risk, Legal…) and top management including AzP Board members, interact proactively with the others heads of and managers Risk mitigation : identify and raise alert to the Head of P&R in coordination with the P&R global team and other stakeholders Internal and external audit management : ensure coordination and efficiency during all internal and external audits where P&R function is involved. Monitor and steer the closure of P&R findings P&R budget and FTEs monitoring : in coordination with the regional and local stakeholders, manage the P&R budget and FTEs allocation
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Protection & Resilience, Risk management, or Porject Managementor a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications. Proven experience in project management within Operations, IT or Protection & Reslience. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders., including Top Management Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and quantify risks.
