P/T Executive Assistant-Creative Pay $30-$35hr Duration 3 months Location NY, NY 10003 Hybrid-3 days week (partially remote) We are seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant for our client’s Faculty Affairs unit. The P/T admin will report to the Vice Dean. The position will: + Support faculty directors who do research, run mentoring program and labs + Communications and logistics work around Faculty Affairs events and programs-create promotional materials; order food and support faculty who are running events. + Support faculty council chair-prepare agenda and other documents for review and issue to meeting attendees + Help manage the reappointment process in Interfolio database-track documents that are uploaded; reach out to faculty to secure documents. Troubleshoot tech issues with the team. Skills needed: Project management-tasks/deadlines, database skills, events planning/management; creative design skills preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
