**_What Data Management and Governance contributes to Cardinal Health_**
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Management and Governance provides direction of data assets and is responsible for data strategy, quality, standards and service levels. Data management acquires, validates, standardizes, enriches, protects and publishes structured, third party and unstructured data for use by the business. Governance defines and implements policies, standards and metrics that ensure the effective and efficient use of trusted data and statistical models to support regulatory and business goals.
**_Qualifications_**
+ 6+ years of relevant experience (preferred if candidate has exposure to Customer Master Data Management)
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and Access
+ Ability to master current and learn new computer systems
+ Hands on analytical tool skills preferred
+ Excellent English spoken, comprehension and written skills
+ Excellent customer service skills preferred
+ Candidate should be flexible/willing to work in IST 5.30 PM till 2.30 AM or 8.30 PM till 5.30 AM (majorly IST 8.30 PM)

**_•_** Analyze and solve complex product setups and updates
_•_ Collaborate with other Cardinal Health teams to ensure data integrity
• Provide feedback on training and SOPs
· Support projects and business initiatives
_•_ Apply critical thinking to problem solving
_•_ Sense of urgency, attention to detail and accountability
_•_ Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision at a high level of accuracy
_•_ Assists with the implementation, and enforcement of enterprise standards around database
technologies.
