Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, PhilippinesPurchase of direct materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.Responsible for analyzing the output of the MRP system, aligning material requirements with the supply base.Ensure continuous supply of required materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose risk or impact on business operations through daily order and supplier management.Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce cost where possible.Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure OTD and DPPM compliance and manage performance activitiesAble to manage special projects and work collaboratively with stake holders and counterparts from the mother site – EVT and LBEnsure adherence to KPI’s set for supply chain and organizational performance.Liaises shipping documents (e.g. Bill of Lading/AWB, invoice and packing list) with inbound logistics for processing and clearance of goods.Develop and implement business processes to improve supply chain systems and processes’ execution.Support product change requests and communicate the impact to inventory and operationsManage inventory through PFEP executionUphold high ethical standard code of conduct in internal and external dealings.

Qualification

Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering, and master’s degreePreferably has a prior experience is Supply Chain or Purchasing of Direct materialsGood oral and written communication skillsCan lead a team and work in a projectAble to work in a team of different culture, ethnics and background

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
