Job DescriptionWork related to the operation of the system for placing orders, invoice register, posting cost invoices, and setting up new contractors  Contact suppliers by e-mail or telephone. Analyze and deliver relevant solutions in response to queries Active participation in testing new tools solutions Ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of SLAs. Preparation of monthly reports. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

QualificationsExperience in working with the client /helpdesk/AP processes, min 1 year Fluent in German, min B2 Communicative English min B1 Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details  Analytical thinking Effective time management & prioritizing skills Very good communication skills Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred MS Office basic knowledge Ability to multi-task & keep up with a fast-paced environment.
