Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Invoice to Cash
In this role, Manage the collections portfolio for the country assigned.
Responsibilities
Work within a small AR team to take ownership of an assigned ledger, monitor and apply payments received, report the current state of portfolio (cash forecasting, disputes), send out statements of accounts, and reconcile accounts within the assigned portfolio.
Support efforts to streamline and improve the assigned process for efficiency and compliance to standards set.
Collaborate with on- and offshore teams, clients, and internal departments to deliver client satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and minimizing bad debt.
Understand the business processes, recognize and understand disputes and issues, communicate and escalate issue effectively to relevant departments, develop and drive solutions to issue resolution.
Discover, build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and other departments.
Qualifications we seek in you
Graduate with Commerce as preference
Minimum Qualifications
· Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Accounting Principles
· Intermediate Excel Skills
· Excellent dispute and reconciliation resolution skills
· Above average in both Verbal and Written communication
· Ability to explain and guide staff/clients through day-to-day issues
· Ability to prioritize
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course
· Experience in B2B Receivables
· Experience in SAP, PowerBI, MS Office
· Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
