Exciting opportunity to support an entrepreneur with a passion for luxury fashion and sustainability. As their dedicated PA/EA you will be their right-hand person acting as their main point of contact for all personal and business affairs.

This is an all-encompassing role which will see you supporting the client with their business and personal affairs.
Executive Assistant
This will include but not limited to all the traditional EA duties in addition to supporting the client in the transition of their business from physical stores to a more online presence:
Diary Management Meeting Arrangements Travel arrangements Event planning an execution Gatekeeper for email and telephone correspondence Project researchPersonal Assistant
Booking doctor appointments Booking tickets/social events Liaising with domestic staff (cleaners) for household Liaising with contractors Processing bills Personal shoppingCandidate specification:
You must be happy to work from the client’s office and her home 5 days per week Experience supporting a client with both business and private affairs Proactive and able to work autonomously Efficient Strong communication skills Tech savvy (decent understanding of Microsoft Excel would be beneficial)DBS required at offer stage
