About the Role

We are looking for PA Event Management, Specialist who is responsible for prioritising/organizing promotions and marketing events to support business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning and prioritizing monthly/quarterly events: ensure quantity and aligned with PA's identity and increase the good impression & experience of customer at assigned location, training to agent to follow the PA brand guideline.Handle office image and customer experiences in flagship office.Coordinate and prioritize end to end customer event to get leads for sales, tracking leads.Design agent engagement activity embed with AIA value.Prioritize engagement contest/campaign for customer/agent engagement with AIA Vitality.Lead event analyst team to ensure standard in all eventsOther event task as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing communication, business or a related fieldAt least 4 years experience in Marketing event, communicationBe able to work across functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently with supervisionCreative thinking & problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with cross-functional team & learding multiple projects simultaneously
