We are looking for candidates who would be required to process customer requests as per the set procedures within defined timelines and with high accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures
Updating Customer Demographics in Bank System
Policy Set up and docaument generation
Mortgage Tax payment
Searching customer contact information
Reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts
Posting Check details into the bank system
Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries
Qualifications we seek in you

Communication: Proficient in Reading, Writing and Speaking skills (English)
High level attention to detail and accuracy
