What You’ll Do:
Serve as primary lead for managing both NIPR and SIPR tasks in TMT/ETMS2 or the latest task tracking system network and database. Provide administrative support by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages, validating completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g., was the question answered and was it in the right format), conveying tasks to PACAF organizations, and processing tasks to PACAF and external offices. Drive coordination and collaboration between Action Officers and across Divisions. Assist in coordination with partner workflows and communication with SAF, HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, S4O, and MAJCOM workflows, such as to request extensions to TMT/ETMS2 tasks. Provide assistance on the development of EMRS to external organizations to obtain coordination when offices do not have TMT/ETMS2 access and assists with the PACAF workflow email box, receiving, distributing and returning responses to tasks as required. Assist with the development and management of SharePoint sites as requested by the client. Support with any ad hoc tasks requested by the client – including, but not limited to collecting read aheads, scheduling meetings, calendar management, room reservations, and visit requests.What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one-year administrative experience. Must have experience using Task Management Tool (TMT) / ETMS2. DoD Secret clearance is required. Must have a Secret clearance. Must have DoD experience; preferable Air ForceSuccessful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.Preferred Qualifications
SharePoint experience. Experience working with government clients and/or have personal military experience.Professional presence, self-starter, adaptable, and able to prioritize client requirements, and strong work ethic.Compensation
Expected Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
