· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of battery container projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and regulatory standards

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues related to battery containers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in battery technology to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

· Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and deployment of battery containers, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives

· Conduct detailed reviews of design proposals, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, project management and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of battery containers into BESS.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes

· Drive innovation in battery container design, focusing on improving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

· Interfacing with vendors/ suppliers and driving value engineering initiatives for cost reduction and technology superiority.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
