Job DescriptionDevelop, execute and manage validation test plans according to Customer and Bosch requirements to demonstrate compliance to all stakeholder requirements. Develop, maintain, and modify test procedures for both internal and customer specifications as needed. Perform electrical, functional, thermal and durability tests in Bosch battery testing laboratories; Supervise the performance and track the status of abuse and environmental tests in external laboratoriesAnalyze test results in detail (electrical and thermal data but also mechanical observations and measurements). Create test report and communicate test results with required stakeholders.Perform root cause analysis of test failures and develop action plans as needed. Participate to problem solving and design activities in cross functions engineering team. Battery testing laboratories setup and maintenance according to the requirements of the product validation requirements and ensure lab safety operation according to plant safety rules with according measuresLook for (and act upon) opportunities to save on test costs and improved efficiency.
 

QualificationsMaster degree in electrical engineering with focus on automotive or aeronautics industriesMin. 3 years work experience in the validation of automotive components.Familiar with automotive requirements, automotive test standards and equipment- Good communication skills and ability to interact with international engineering teams- High level of self-organization and work planning
