The Central Engineering group mission is to advance Marvell's technology leadership and engineering excellence by delivering industry-leading IP and design services. As part of the CE Packaging group you are expected to provide engineering support to all other BU's as needed, as well as maintain, develop and innovate in our execution flows as new technologies emerge.What You Can Expect
Interact with Package team to understand IT and CAD requirements.Assist with package design related IT and CAD issues.Develop, test, deploy and maintain new packaging related flows and automations.Evaluate and deploy new releases for package CAD tools.What We're Looking For
BS/MS-Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of transmission lines, EM, and microwave theory.Experience in using 2-D and 3-D EM simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, SI-Wave, PowerSI, ADS.Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Good level of English (spoken and written)Good analysis and problem-solving skills.Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements
