A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology. Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements. Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Able to configure and Support Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules as per business requirements. *The role also demands supporting implementation and provides production support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules like Core HR, Recruiting Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll. *Uses business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. *It also demands application personalization and testing. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Candidate who has at least JLPT N1-N3 Certification. * Amenable to work on any of IBM locations (Quezon City and/or Cebu). * Open to work on a client dictated shift (day, mid and night).
