**CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant SAP HANA FIN PS opening for our client in Little Rock, AR.**
**Location:** Little Rock, AR or Remote
**Duration:** 8 months
**Duties:**
+ Manage and implement SAP EAM and EPPM solutions for various projects, including both small and large capital projects, such as construction projects.
+ Define portfolios, manage work intake, budgeting, and approvals using EPPM, with integration of SAP PS for detailed project planning, execution, and project closure.
+ Perform SAP EAM data analysis, data construction, data conversion mapping, and functional design.
+ Configure SAP EAM systems and perform unit testing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and integration.
+ Provide expertise in SAP PS (Project Systems) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data objects, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
**Skills:**
+ S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
+ Fleet Management
+ Work Clearance Management (WCM)
+ LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
+ Data Migration Cockpit
+ Knowledge of Project Systems & PPM Data Objects (Nice to have)
**Experience:**
+ 10-12 years of total experience in SAP, with 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP EAM, Fleet Management, and Project Systems.
+ Proven experience in SAP EAM implementations and system configuration, particularly in S/4HANA.
+ Experience in managing and supporting data migration processes, including using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
+ Hands-on expertise in functional design and testing of SAP systems.
+ Industry knowledge of utilities or related industries is a plus.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
+ SAP certifications in EAM and/or PS are highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
