Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience in full E2E implementation programs, with a minimum of 3 years focused on SAP HANA. * Demonstrated template roll-out experience, which includes fit to standard workshops, cutover activities, and client engagement. * In-depth knowledge of inventory management processes. * Proficient hands-on skills in SAP HANA for inventory and goods movements, production logistics (specific to the process industry), outbound and inbound deliveries, material master data management, batch management, tank management, and physical inventory. * Excellent communication skills in English. Local Central and Eastern European (CEE) language proficiency is required, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. * Proven track record in client-facing roles where you successfully engaged with stakeholders from end-users to client country management. * Strong consulting skills. * Experience collaborating with the development team to design and test integrations with external applications, such as warehouse management solutions. * Comprehensive understanding of the integration between SAP HANA SCM MM and sales and finance modules. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. * Experience in system integration between HANA and external systems, like separate EWM systems, mobile extensions, or quality management systems. * Prior experience working with third-party service providers. * Experience with legal and fiscal requirements in CEE countries * Industry experience consumer goods * Chartered accountant experience or working experience in financial reporting * Preferred In-depth understanding in few of below areas finance processes, particularly General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Integration, VAT/Excise Duties, Asset Management, Statutory Reporting, and Month-End Processes * Exceptional client-facing, communication, and project management skills. Long running experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management. * Overall understanding of SD,FI, CO, CC, PC, PPC, ML and integration other modules.
