You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 8 years of SAP experience in full E2E implementation programs, with at least 3 years focused on SAP HANA. * Proven template roll-out experience, encompassing fit to standard workshops, cutover, and client engagement. * Thorough understanding of production planning and execution processes. * Hands-on SAP HANA skills in production planning and execution for process industries. This includes proficiency with Production Master Data (BOMs, resources, recipes, production versions), Process Order Management, Batch Management, MRP, and Inventory Management. * Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in local Central and Eastern European (CEE) languages is required, while knowledge of additional languages is an asset. * Previous experience in client-facing roles, effectively engaging with stakeholders from end-users to client country management. * Demonstrated consulting skills. * Experience collaborating with the development team to design and test integrations with external applications, such as demand planning or warehouse management solutions. * Comprehensive understanding of the integration with FI and product costing If you are a seasoned professional with a robust blend of SAP HANA technical skills, deep supply chain process knowledge, proven client engagement capabilities, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and change management, we encourage you to apply. Good communication skills in English (local CEE language skills and other languages a plus). Exceptional client-facing, communication, and project management skills. Long running experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management. Consulting mindset. Experience working with development team to design and test localizations(WRICEFs). Overall understanding of SD,FI, CO, CC, PC, PPC, ML and integration other modules.
