CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist SAP SCM MM opening for our client in Bellevue, WA. Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 12 months Duties: Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SCM MM to manage and support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the SAP system. Collaborate with business units, internal and external stakeholders, and leadership to identify discrepancies, propose solutions, and drive decision-making based on impact analysis and cost efficiency. Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative data analysis to pinpoint product solution options or identify issue root causes, evaluating solution size and impact, and potentially collaborating with data scientists for complex inquiries. Liaise with VP-level and below through compelling communication, influencing with ideas, and delivering persuasive product presentations. Execute ad-hoc analyses and present findings to executive management upon request, acting as a customer advocate internally and fostering a customer-first mindset within the team. Ensure proper configuration and integration of SAP MM functionality in alignment with business requirements, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. Perform system troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution, collaborating with SAP functional teams and providing support during system upgrades or new implementations. Develop and maintain user documentation, process flows, and training materials for SAP SCM MM processes and enhancements. Skills: Expertise in SAP SCM MM (Materials Management) module, including configuration, integration, and end-to-end process knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed data analysis and impact assessments. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SCM MM in a professional setting. Proven experience in managing and optimizing SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and presenting findings to executive management. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and leadership, to drive project success and issue resolution. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
