Gather business requirements and assess the best solutions on Employee Central (Compensation) and/or Benefits modulesConfigure, test, deploy and provide post-implementation support to projectsTroubleshoot, investigate and fix system incidents and configuration defectsManage foundation objects, fields, business rules and workflows related to Job and Compensation Info portletsMaintain Job Architecture - including job classifications (and country-specific fields), pay gradesMaintain Pay Structures - pay components, pay component groups, pay scale information, pay rangesMaintain Benefits configuration - including plans, eligibility, coverages and enrollment processesPerform manual and bulk data updates as necessaryLiaise with other teams such as Integrations, Payroll, Security, and other third party systems to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements in the systemConduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes performed by peersCommunicate change impact to stakeholdersReview, assess and deliver SuccessFactors system upgrades
