Packager / Packaging Equipment Operator
TalentWorld is seeking a Packager to work on an afternoon shift. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills who can work independently and are eager to grow within an organization. 

The packaging role reports to the Packaging Supervisor. The primary responsibility is to package products into various formats to meet company GMP, Standard Operating Procedures requirements and Regulatory Standards regarding safety and quality of the products.

Packager Responsibilities: Works in compliance with established GMP and safe work practices and procedures, using required clothing, personal protection and safety equipment as required. Reports and accidents, incidents and injuries or illness immediately, and notifies packaging supervisor of any hazards, unsafe acts or conditions in the workplace Performs on-line inspections of packaging material and products to ensure quality standards are being met. Operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Preforms visual checks of equipment, machine guarding and materials. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Packager Qualifications: Post-secondary education and 1-2 years of pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred. Ability to use basic arithmetic accurately and complete simple forms/records. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a GMP/Pharmaceutical production environment is an asset. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and proven technical competency preferred.
