Are you passionate about data analysis and eager to play a crucial role in product and packaging innovation? Join our dynamic team as an Analyst 1 in Packaging Systems Engineering, where you will support the Product and Material Qualification (PMQ) process essential for new product launches and bottling operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who excels in data management and is enthusiastic about contributing to cross-functional projects.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in the daily review and engineering approval of artwork, ensuring everything is print-ready. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments in the setup of packaging components within SAP, as well as providing critical packaging data for capital and continuous improvement projects. Utilizing Oracle cloud filters, you will generate and maintain essential packaging reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability through rigorous data verification and cross-referencing.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining standard work files for the packaging department and supporting data sheet standardization across all bottling lines. You will play an integral role in identifying patterns, recognizing errors, and analyzing data against set requirements to ensure consistency and accuracy. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in managing data entry tasks for both packaging and bottling performance engineering teams.
In addition to your data-related duties, you will coordinate meetings and manage the agenda for the PMQ alignment process. You will also provide testing and production support to packaging engineers as needed, ensuring that all activities adhere to quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You Need
+ High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of engineering, supply chain, supplier development, procurement, or operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
+ Skilled in using MS Excel at an intermediate level.
+ Skilled in reviewing, correcting and summarizing data and cross referencing multiple data sources.
+ Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
+ Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
+ Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart
+ Skilled in using MS Excel at an advanced level.
+ Experienced using SAP.
+ Familiar with technical terminology and data related to packaging engineering.
+ Skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting various technical drawings and documents.
+ Skilled in presenting issues in a clear and concise manner.
+ Experience working with and participating in cross-functional decision-making processes with all levels and functions within the company.
Compensation:
+ Hiring Salary Range Posted: $24.81 - $37.21 / hour
+ Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
