Staff Management | SMX is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our team. The Packaging Associate will be responsible for manually packaging materials and products, ensuring that they are prepared for shipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Weekday Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm ($19.00/hour)Weeknight Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00pm to 5:30am ($20.50/hour)Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00am to 7:30pm ($20.50/hour)Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:30am ($21.00/hour)

Manually package materials and products, performing a variety of tasks to meet production goals.Line and pad crates to protect products during transport.Assemble cartons and prepare them for packing.Retrieve, sort, and organize products for packaging.Wrap protective material around products to ensure they are secure and safe during transit.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Previous experience in packaging or a similar role is preferred but not required.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
