Rate: $17.50 to $18.25 an hour - Paid weekly

 

Shifts: Monday - Friday

2nd: 3:00pm to 11:30pm * Shift Differential $1.50 an hour

3rd: 11:00pm to 7:30am * Shift Differential $2.00 an hour

Responsibilities

As a Packer, you will: 


Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

Package product into boxes and prepare for shipmentCheck for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issuesEnsure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)Keep station clean at all timesFollow safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

 

Education and/or Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essentialAbility to follow standard work instructions is required

 

 

 

Physical Demand/Effort:   

Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and glovesAbility to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
