The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, as well as versatility in digital design and the creation of tutorials and instruction manuals.Responsibilities: Develop innovative packaging designs for various products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and refine packaging concepts. Execute digital design projects, including marketing assets, promotional materials, and brand visuals. Create engaging training decks with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and information hierarchy. Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and production constraints. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience in product packaging design within an agency or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production processes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Experience with digital design and familiarity with UI/UX principles. Ability to design training decks and presentation materials with a keen eye for layout and typography. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take projects from concept to execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in CPG, or regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with 3D packaging visualization tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is beneficial. Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.
