You’ll be designing and implementing new and improved packaging solutions to meet customer needs and ensure supply, compliance, and competitiveness. Throughout this process, you will prioritize our core business values of digitalization, customer centricity, and sustainability.
You’ll support the development and maintenance of packaging materials, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and standards. You’ll help guide and shape the future of packaging at Mölnlycke, collaborating with a multi-functional team to drive forward packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new or improved packaging design. Accountable for technical documentation of packaging materials. Accountable for establishing and maintaining appointed suppliers of raw materials. Represent Mölnlycke Health Care and lead technical aspects during discussions and negotiations and audits with appointed suppliers. Act as a speaking partner to procurement within the packaging area. Suggest new packaging technical solutions in order to contribute in strategic decisions related. Responsible to ensure documentation for assigned packaging solutions is up to date and compliant. Responsible for maintaining and developing knowledge of packaging materials. Secure supply on existing packaging materials by working with internal partners and packaging material suppliers. Suggest continuous improvements such as processes, work instructions and ways of working.

What You’ll Need:
5 years’ experience within product/material/packaging development. Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hygiene products, food, or other highly regulated areas is considered a merit. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, life science, or equivalent Fluent English and Swedish written and spoken Strong communication skills
