**** **Role Definition**
Creates, implements and improves engineering designs, processes, techniques, tooling and machinery to meet customer requirements and maximize product quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conceptual layout design for gas turbine packaging components and their related equipment’s.
+ Thorough knowledge of advanced state-of-the-art design and analytical concepts. Exhibits exceptional creativity for conceptual design.
+ Work with other cross-functional to teams to solve the field and Shop floor issues
+ creative and innovative solutions to complex engineering problems in area of design, mechanical analysis, and package design specific to enhanced package serviceability solutions.
+ Communicate technical knowledge clearly and understandably.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Power Generation, O&G or Petrochemical industry is preferred.
+ Knowledge on Skid and Piping designs for various for Turbine system packaging (Gas Fuel, Lube Oil, Liquid Fuel, Air Supply, Start, Water wash systems).
+ Must have the knowledge on read and implement P&ID.
+ Should have the knowledge on Hydro related components understanding.
+ Should have the knowledge of design and detailing using Creo 2 and above.
+ Good to have Windchill database experience.
+ Strong knowledge in structural steels, welding, piping and pipe fitting.
+ Should have good communication skill to do technical & drawing related discussion with global Engineers.
+ Good exposure on ASME/API/ISO/ANSI & DIN
+ Good communication, organizational, teaming and analytical skills are a must.
