**Job Title: Packaging Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Lead for our packaging line on the second shift at our food manufacturing facility in Frederickson. **Responsibilities** + Inspecting noodles for quality control. + Standing for up to 8 hours per day. + Packaging products efficiently. + Leading a team of 6 people in the packaging department. + Teaching and mentoring team members. + Overseeing operators on 2 main lines and 1 tempura line. **Essential Skills** + Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. + Ability to teach and mentor team members. + Experience in production, preferably in food manufacturing. + Excellent attendance and reliability. + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Food production experience is a plus but not required. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for growth within the company and a supportive work environment. The work schedule is a swing shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend shifts.
