About the Role:

In this role, you’ll take charge of operating and troubleshooting state-of-the-art packaging machines, helping us hit production goals while maintaining top-notch quality and safety standards. What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor high-speed, machine-paced packaging lines Troubleshoot issues such as conveyor jams, part malfunctions, and product handling problems Ensure quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Enter accurate production and quality data electronically Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Production or warehouse experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required (if you don’t have one, Manpower offers programs to help you earn it) Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching
