In addition to the benefits you’d expect from an industry leader (Pension, 401K, Medical, PTO, etc.) we also offer:Competitive starting payGrowth opportunities to build your careerOvertime opportunitiesTuition reimbursementEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Make a difference - ADM Cares volunteer and matching gift opportunitiesWhat you will do:Operate all sacking equipment to convey and palletize 50 lb bagged product per ADM Animal Nutrition specified feed formulations and packaging rates.This includes but is not limited to the operation of a robotic palletizer, various conveyors, frequent forklift use, and other packaging equipment.Good housekeeping is to be maintained at all times.Job Tasks include:Lift 55 pound bags from the floor to a height of 36”, ability to withstand heights, climbing ladders, and ride the caged man lift.Lift, move, and handle wooden pallets.Perform quality checks, production paperwork documentation, safety inspections, LOTO, standard work sheets, etc.Setup, adjust, and maintain palletizer equipment which includes entering robot cage for adjustments, cleaning, replacing supplies, and minor repairs.Packaging operators often spend long periods of time standing in one place and/or using a forklift.Attention to detail is key, following a production schedule, verifying code dates and lot numbers on packaging, adhering to batch ticket requirements, and more are all required throughout the day.Wearing an N95 mask, respirator, or other filtration device may be required at times for certain tasks.What Hours Would I be Working?
3rd Shift-
Overtime before/after the shift will be required on occasion. Saturday work will be required on occasion.
