Job Title: Packaging Operator

Job Description

We are currently searching for Packaging Operators to be based out of Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Shift Lead Production Supervisor, this person will package finished PVC pipe in proper crate quantities for shipment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections of product for proper print line and quality specificationsPackage finished pipe in proper crate quantitiesConduct maintenance and cleanup for production and storage areasFollow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe shoes, gloves)Prioritize tasks and anticipate needs to manage time effectivelyMaintain housekeeping in assigned areaPerform all other assigned dutiesEssential SkillsExperience in packaging, production, or general laborMaterial handling skillsAbility to perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing and assemblySkills in loading and order pickingWhy Work Here?

After being brought on permanently, you will receive a sign-on bonus, quarterly bonus, and benefits. Additionally, there will be pay increases upon permanent employment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25
