Supporting Packaging Engineers and Food Scientists, this role is responsible for sustainability reporting while leading key initiatives and driving digital transformation. **A day in the life as** **a Packaging Product Specialist** + Sustainability Reporting: Manage, analyze, Packaging Materials sustainability data in global platforms. Update global systems & Key Performance Indicators monthly. + Manage Sustainability Project Status: Plan, organize, facilitate monthly check-ins with sustainability project leads to obtain project status. Challenge, question, & escalate delays. + Lead Projects:Support Operations in reducing waste and improving efficiency by leading cross functional teams through projects using a lean six sigma approach with a lens of End to End impacts. + Support with Digital Tools: Support time-wasting activities by implementing digital solutions, advocate for digital opportunities in Packaging and Product Development, and stay updated with Nestlé's technological suites. + Training and Networking: Stay updated on trainings and digital tool updates, and connect with other experts both internally and externally. + Training Material: Document ways of working and build robust and digital onboarding training plans. **What will make you successful** As a successful candidate, you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused & really enjoy working in a highly energetic & exciting environment.
