Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Packaging Project to join their team. As a Packaging Project, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packaging Project 8AM-4:30 **Location:** Springfield, MO **Pay Range: $16** **What's the Job?** + Be able to read and interpret work orders in order to ensure package parts have the correct components. + Perform various tasks in order to prepare parts for packaging, e.g., attach labels to cards, wrap wires on magnets, etc. + Box and label parts with the correct components. + Utilize proper procedures for receiving merchandise and completing work orders. + Keep work area in neat and clean condition and follow all Quality Assurance policies. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. + High School diploma or GED required. + Able to meet or exceed hourly production quotas. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in the industrial sector. + Be part of a team that values quality and efficiency. + Potential for career growth and development. + Contribute to a company that prioritizes excellence in production.
