As a Packaging Specification Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation and approval of quality PMPS on a timely basis. You will maintain and update the PMPS portfolio and Packaging Recipe creation/revision for accurate purchasing, usage, and reporting activities including packaging concept and sustainability. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for consolidation and harmonization projects to reduce complexity and enable better cost. You will provide leadership and training to PMPS/ Packaging Recipe Authors in international factories. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context. **A day in the life of a Packaging Specification Process Manager** + Define the creating organization strategy for PMPS. + Review and approve PMPS & Packaging Recipes, ensuring completeness and compatibility with business rules and standards. + Maintain a valid and relevant PMPS & Packaging Recipes portfolio, including status maintenance. + Coordinate and optimize all PMPS and Packaging Recipe process activities, fostering the usage of global PMPS catalogues. + Define and implement business and IT related PMPS/Packaging Recipe processes, ensuring data quality and process efficiency. + Drive packaging move to SAP for new business + Coordinate collaboration across markets and departments, handling requests promptly and effectively. + Identify opportunities for PMPS and Packaging Recipe harmonization projects, reducing complexity and enabling better cost leverage. **What will make you successful** + System knowledge, particularly in SAP; Data and SAP process management. + Leadership experience in Innovation or Operations, specifically in managing Packaging Materials, Finished Products. + Project Management and Change Management experience. + Business experience in Technical & Production, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
